We measure every product on three axes and show our work. Nothing is a black box.

Three axes
Control measures how much command you keep over data, infrastructure, code, jurisdiction, operations, and exit. Innovation measures the capability frontier. Scale measures enterprise readiness. Each rolls up to a 0 to 100 score.
Anchored scoring
Every criterion is scored 0 to 4 against written rubrics, from absent to frontier. The same standard applies to every product, so scores are comparable.
Evidence and confidence
Every score cites at least one piece of evidence, tagged verified, vendor-claim, or inferred. You can tell what we confirmed from what a vendor asserts.
Coverage
Every published number includes its coverage percentage. A 51.8 at 94 percent coverage is a different claim from 51.8 at 60 percent, and we never hide the difference.
